OSDx Test Verticals

OSDx groups its examinations into nine test verticals. Select a test from the ribbon to open the corresponding examination workspace. The active test is highlighted so that you can immediately see which examination is selected.

Availability depends on the OSDx trim supplied. Not every test shown on this page may be enabled on every OSDx system. The tests available to you depend on the hardware and software configuration provided with your device.

Ocular Surface

Meniscometry

Assesses the lower tear meniscus and provides tear meniscus measurements used in ocular surface evaluation.

Blink

Evaluates blink behaviour, including blink timing and completeness, during the blink analysis sequence.

Lipimetry

Assesses the tear-film lipid layer and provides lipid-layer related measurements and analysis.

NIBUT

Measures non-invasive tear break-up time without fluorescein dye, using reflected tear-film patterns.

Meibography

Images the meibomian glands and supports evaluation of gland structure in the upper and lower eyelids.
